We warrant to the original purchaser that our Ultima LED products will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Any warranty hereunder is extended only to the original purchaser and is not assignable.

In the event of malfunction or other indication of failure attributable directly to faulty workmanship and/or material, we will at its option, repair or replace said product or components to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to restore said product to proper operating condition. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt to validate the warranty.

Products sent to be repaired will be returned to customer at the choice of carrier and method chosen by us to any destination within the United States of America. Should the customer desires some other specific form of conveyance, or be located outside the border of the U.S., then the customer must bear the cost of return shipment.

The customer shall be solely responsible for failure of any Ultima LED product or component thereof, resulting from misuse, negligence, accident, improper use, use on improper voltage or current, and use contrary to the operating instructions. Further, the warranty does not cover: Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornados. We assume no liability as a consequence of such events under the terms of the warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts. There shall be no warranty after the expiration of the one year from the date of purchase. Do not attempt to disassemble or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this product. Doing so will void this warranty.

We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express, implied or statutory warranty or condition. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty. We disclaims all other warranties, conditions or representations, express, implied, statutory or otherwise. We shall not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase, use or misuse of, or inability to use the product including incidental, special, consequential or similar damages or loss of profit, or for any breach of contract, fundamental or otherwise, or for any claim brought against purchaser by any other party. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you also have other rights that vary from state to state.
